As we split the last of Jodi’s INCREDIBLE treats with our afternoon tea, we wanted to reach out as a family to say thank you!
Thank you so much for all your support and guidance throughout the whirlwind of buying and leasing our condo! We so appreciate you going above and beyond. Everything you did behind the scenes and hand in hand with us made what could have been a very stressful experience a fun one instead. From setting up (multiple!) searches to helping us think through and narrow down what we were looking for, from showings to clarifying contracts and legalities, you’ve been there every step of the way.
We’re so pleased with the place itself, and the fact that we already have tenants in place not even a month after closing is really incredible. We were especially touched that you came with gift card and treats in hand to celebrate - you and Jodi really shouldn’t have gone to all the trouble!

Dear Bruno,
Hope everything is going well. We thought to write you this letter to express our thanks for the exceptional assistance you've provided us in the past few months. It was a long and hard journey, and you were with us all the way, helping us make the right choices and decisions with different strategies even if it meant extra work for you . Always with a smile and trying to please ``the customer". And then.. when we finally got the offer and we all thought that was it : like maybe a small change here, or a scrashed line there and SOLD! Oh well, it surely was not so, and we saw how you really used all your professional skills to make it happen. It was tense for all of us but really you were in the front lines and never gave up. Sure you had your remuneration but I am sure many brokers would have just GIVEN UP ! .... It's not worth it! !.. Or so many other justified reasons to move on the next deal. But no, you didn't give up and worked with us as a team to get the job done. We didn't have a chance to have a drink together as we were hoping, so we thought to include herewith a couple of hundred dollars so that you can go for a good dinner with your wife on us, (and not to costco ! ! ! ). Again, thanks from all of us and you never know, we might be in touch one of these days looking for some property somewhere in the World ! ! ! ! !

Referred to me by respected friends, Bruno continually went the distance to assist. When other agents were looking for a quick sale of my late father's condo with little effort, Bruno researched my options and drove a fair distance to meet with me and assess the space. He provided expected outcomes for either renting or selling the space, provided other higher yielding investment opportunities, yet respectfully moved forward with my now informed decision when I asked him to list the condo for rent.
With his advice on painting priorities and market demands, we listed the unit for a rent $500 /mo. higher than that suggested by an experienced local condo realtor and with Bruno's tireless efforts, the unit was rented at $175/mo above asking within 4 days.
I don't doubt that Bruno is equally successful with other clients because he researches and knows markets in Ontario. I believe his integrity and knowledge base to be top-knotch from my dealings with him.
